The cost of postage for orders placed on this site is calculated according to the weight of the delivery.

Every order gets tracked delivery as standard!
UK Free Delivery Option: We offer free delivery for UK orders over £40 for delivery to mainland addresses.
"Mainland" is as defined by our courier, with specific postcode exclusions for harder to reach areas. Deliveries outside of the couriers 'mainland' area are considerably more expensive for us to ship to, but in this case we offer other postage options with reduced rate shipping alternatives. Reduced rates are discounted by the value equal to the shipping that is given for free to 'mainland' addresses for the same order type. We feel this is the fairest and simplest way to charge, taking into account the many variables and different rates of postage encountered for different areas. See the tables below for full details.
Please note: Ashleigh & Burwood Fragrance Lamp Oils CANNOT be shipped with Royal Mail - they therefore have to ship with the courier option. This is a restriction imposed by Royal Mail and beyond our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATE OCTOBER 2025:
Please be aware that we have suspended all international shipping. Increasing problems with international postage and customs means we are experiencing too many problems with these parcels and, as a result, have had to suspend all shipping outside of the UK. This is not a decision we have taken lightly but it is the only sensible and viable course of action at this time. Sorry we are unable to send any international parcels.

Shipping Services:
We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays).
We aim to dispatch the same day whenever possible, failing this the order will be dispatched the next working day.
We dispatch mainly using the following services...
- APC Overnight 24 Hour (Mon-Fri delivery)
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Mon-Sun delivery)
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Mon-Sat delivery)
We may sometimes use another courier, such as DHL, TNT or ParcelForce, and will choose from these alternative methods as appropriate for the order when necessary.
Deliveries to your property are usually made between 7am and 7pm (this can vary during busy times). Some deliveries may arrive on a Saturday and some services also provide Sunday delivery.
Most courier services will provide you with a delivery time window, via text message or email, on the day of your delivery.
Delivery time estimates above are based on working days, excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays such as Christmas. Please remember delivery times can extend slightly during peak periods, such as the run up to Christmas.
