UK Free Delivery Option: We offer free delivery for UK orders over £45 for delivery to mainland addresses. "Mainland" is as defined by our courier, with specific postcodes exclusions for harder to reach areas. Deliveries outside of the couriers 'mainland' area are considerably more expensive for us to ship to, but in this case we offer alternative postage options with free or reduced rate shipping alternatives. Reduced rates are discounted by the value equal to the shipping that is given for free to 'mainland' addresses for the same order type. We feel this is the fairest and simplest way to charge, taking into account the many variables and different rates of postage encountered for different areas. See the tables below for full details.

Shipping Services:
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
We aim to dispatch the same day whenever possible, failing this the order will be dispatched the next working day.
We dispatch mainly using the following services...
- APC Overnight - 24 Hour (Mon-Fri delivery)
- Royal Mail 'Signed For' 1st Class
- Royal Mail 'Signed For' 2nd Class
- International AirMail Tracked / Signed
We may sometimes use DHL, DPD, TNT, ParcelForce or another courier... we will choose from these alternative methods as most appropriate for the order when necessary.
Deliveries to your property are usually made Monday-Friday between 8am and 6pm (this can vary during busy times). Some deliveries may arrive on a Saturday, although this is not part of the standard courier service and is not guaranteed.
Most courier services will provide you with a delivery time window, via text message or email, on the day of your delivery.
